1. Rinse the fish fillet in cold water, pat dry and cut into four portions. Drizzle with lemon juice. Remove the base and any wilted leaves and cut into fin strips, then chop into pieces. Cut the peppers lengthwise in half, remove the seeds and white membrane, wash and chop finely.
2. Mix lettuce, pepper, vinegar and 1 tbsp of oil. Cut and mix in the cress. Season the salsa with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick frying pan, fry the fish fillets over medium heat on each side 4–6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the fish with the salad salsa.
