Preparation

Rezept Lachsfilet aus dem Ofen mit Meerrettich-Gurkensalat

1. Preheat the oven to 100°C. Finely grate the cucumber. Mix Kühne Yoghurt Dressing and Kühne Horseradish and add the cucumber. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

2. Rub the salmon with butter, and salt them. Back in packing pan, covered with aluminum foil, for 12 minutes.

3. Quarter the lemon. Serve the salmon with gherkin salad, chervil and lemon quarters.
