  •  Freshly ground pepper
  • 400 gSalmon fillet (with the skin)
  • 1Avocado
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp Kühne [38410]

Preparation

Rezept Lachsspieße mit Frühjahrsjartoffeln und Avocado

1. Peel or brush the potatoes well. Cook in boiling salted water for 15–20 minutes, depending on their size. Drain and let dry.


2. Wash the salmon fillets, remove the skin and cut into cubes.


3. Remove the shell from the avocado peel and cut the flesh into pieces.


4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes and salmon, turning occasionally and season with salt and pepper.


5. Skewer the salmon and potatoes with avocado on small skewers and serve with Kühne Honey Mustard Sauce.
