Rezept Salsa mit Paprika, Tomaten und Zwiebeln

1. Wash the red pepper and remove the core. Clean it and dice it into fine cubes.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut it into quarters. After that, dice them into fine cubes. Peel and chop the onions and the garlic. Drain the Kühne Spicy Peperoni and cut them into fine rings. Wash and drain the parsley and chop the leaves of it.

2. Put red pepper, tomatoes, onions, garlic, Kühne Spicy Peperoni and the parsley in a bowl.
Add some peperoni brew (as much as you like) olive oil, sugar, some salt and mix it well.
Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

This spicy salsa goes well with cheese fondues.

Pre time: ca. 25 min. plus ca. 30 min. marinading
