Rezept Sauerkraut-Rahmsüppchen mit Nordseekrabben

1. Peel the celeriac, carrots, onions, and potatoes and chop into coarse cubes. Drain the Kühne Barrel Sauerkraut naturally mild.


2. Sauté the onion in butter for 5 minutes until transparent. Add the Kühne Barrel Sauerkraut naturally mild, potatoes, carrots, and celeriac and sauté for 5 minutes. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and cook for 20 minutes with the lid on until tender.


3. Finely purée the soup, add Kühne Condimento Balsamico Bianco, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Finely chop the dill. Serve the soup with the North Sea shrimps as a topping and garnish with dill.


*Tip: You can also substitute the North Sea shrimp with crispy fried bacon as a soup topping.*
