Rezept Krabbensalat mit Gurke und Dill

1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon and cut into thin slices. Squeeze the lemon and collect some of the juice. Finely chop the dill.

2. Mix Kühne Remoulade with the herbs, yoghurt, lemon juice and dill until smooth. Add the shrimp and cucumber, gently mixing everything together and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

*Tip: Tastes really good with freshly toasted buttered toast.*
