Rezept Frühlingssalat mit zweierlei Dips

1. Wash the lettuce, discarding any old or wilted leaves, then spin-dry. Cut the cress from the bottom with scissors. Cut the chives into 2–3 cm long pieces.

2. Cut the cucumbers into halves, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Remove the long stalks from the dill. Remove all the leaves from the radishes, wash and cut into slices.

3. Finally, put the lettuce with cucumber into two bowls. Marinate with Kühne dressing and serve on 2 plates. Sprinkle with the chopped herbs and radish slices.
