Preparation
Rezept Süßkartoffeln aus dem Ofen mit Gurken-Quark

1. Preheat oven to 180° C (fan oven 200° C). Cut the sweet potatoes in half, brush the cut surfaces with oil and season with salt and pepper. Then bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. The potatoes are done when a knife blade slides into the potato without much resistance.

2. In the meantime, stir sour cream in a bowl with curd until smooth. Drain the Kühne Danish Style Gherkin Salad, cut into thin strips, add ¾ to the curd and season with salt and pepper. Serve the curd with the potato halves and garnish with the remaining gherkin strips.
