Rezept Puten-Paprika-Frikadellen mit gemischtem Salat

1. For the dressing, whisk Kühne Condimento balsamic vinegar, 4 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp Kühne Mustard medium hot into a vinaigrette. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.


2. Peel the onions, dice into fine pieces and sauté in 1 tbsp of oil for 5 minutes over medium heat. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and dice into large pieces. Also cut the meat into large cubes and finely chop in a chopper then place in a bowl. Add the fried onion, egg and 1 tbsp Kühne Mustard medium hot, mix everything thoroughly and add enough bread crumbs until the mass can be shaped. Season with salt, pepper and freshly ground nutmeg.


3. Form 8 frikadeller, and fry in the remaining oil in a frying pan in portions for about 15 minutes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown and keep warm.


4. Wash the lettuce, drain and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash the radishes, cut into thin slices and add to the salad. Mix both with dressing and serve with the frikadeller. Serve with Kühne Mustard medium hot.


*Tip: If you do not own a vegetable chopper, you can use a hand blender or chop the ingredients with a sharp knife by hand.*
