  • 2 TbspChives chopped
  • 2 TbspParsley chopped
  •  Sea salt
  •  Pepper

  • 175 gGutfried smoked fish

Preparation

Rezept Joghurt-Gazpacho mit Gurken-Fleischwurst-Spiess

1. For the gazpacho, mix the yoghurt with parsley and chives and blend with 10 tbsp Gourmet Selection Gherkin Brine. Season with salt and pepper and let chill.


2. Cut the sweet pickled gherkins into halves, cut the smoked fish in about 1 cm thick slices initially and then each in half. Skewer in alternation and serve with the gazpacho. Serve the remaining pickled gherkins in a bowl.
