PreparationFill a pot with water, bring to the boil, and add ½ tsp of salt. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions until al dente. Heat some cooking fat in a pan and fry the chicken fillet on both sides. Reduce the heat and cook slowly until done. Wash the salad and cut into thin strips. Use a vegetable peeler to shave the Parmesan into slices. Drain the pasta and let it cool for 5 minutes. Add ENJOY Sylter Art Dressing, the salad, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
