For the Glaze:
PreparationPrepare the grill for indirect heat and preheat to 190°C. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and marinate with salt, paprika, oil, garlic powder, and pepper. Place the marinated chicken in the indirect heat zone and cook for about 40 minutes. Mix the MADE FOR MEAT BBQ Smoked Pepper Sauce with 2 tbsp honey. Stir well and, after 30 minutes of cooking, place the glaze in an ovenproof dish on the grill to warm, making it easier to brush on later. After 40 minutes, brush the chicken pieces with the glaze. Repeat after 5 minutes, then cook the chicken for another 10 minutes. Serve with potato wedges and a fresh salad for a perfect meal. |
