PreparationPeel the sweet potatoes and cut into 1.5 x 1.5 cm cubes. Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C fan for about 15 minutes. In a large frying pan without oil, sear the minced beef over high heat. Once lightly browned, add tomato paste and fry briefly. Deglaze with water and season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Place the cottage cheese in a blender and puree until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the red cabbage in a sieve. Halve and pit the avocado, scoop out the flesh, and slice it. Heat honey in a pot and add chili flakes, salt, and lemon juice. Bring briefly to a boil. Arrange all components in a bowl.
