Lamb Mince Skewers

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 500 g Lamb mince
  • 0.5 TSP Cinnamon
  • 0.5 TSP Cumin
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Pepper
  • 100 ml KÜHNE Hot Chili Sauce
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Bunch Mint
  • 200 g Yoghurt
  • Shashlik Skewers

Preparation

Knead the minced meat with cinnamon, cumin, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper into a smooth mixture.

Shape the mince around the skewers about 1 cm thick using your hands. Brush all over with KÜHNE Hot Chili Sauce.

Squeeze the lemon and reserve 2 tbsp of juice. Finely chop the mint and mix with yoghurt and lemon juice to make the dip.

Grill the skewers over a moderate heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy. Serve with the mint yogurt dip. Potatoes make a perfect side.

Recipe advice
