For the potato salad
PreparationBoil the potatoes, peel them, and slice them. Peel the cucumber as well, slice it, and season with salt. Dice the onions and sauté them. Then add the diced onions together with Kühne potato salad dressing to the potatoes and mix everything well. For the roast chicken, mix salt, pepper, paprika powder, and olive oil. Rub the mixture onto the halved chickens and then place them side by side on a shallow baking tray.
