  • 250 g Butter (room temperature)
  • 10 pickles (Kühne Gourmet Selection Chili)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Bunch Dill
  • 0.5 Bunch Parsley
  • 1 TSP Salt

Preparation

Bring the butter to room temperature. Finely dice the cucumbers and garlic.

Finely chop the herbs, add them to the butter along with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place everything onto a sheet of cling film, roll it up tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
