Pumpkin FlatbreadIngredients for 4 persons
PreparationDrain the pumpkin and sun-dried tomatoes in a sieve. Wash and pat dry the figs and thyme. Quarter the figs and strip the thyme leaves from the stalks. Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat: 225 °C / fan: 200 °C). Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper. Place a tarte flambée dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread the crème fraîche evenly over it. Tear the goat cheese into large pieces and distribute over the dough along with pumpkin, sun-dried tomatoes, figs and thyme. Bake on the middle rack for around 15 minutes.
