PreparationClean and chop the rhubarb. Heat in a pot with water and sugar and let it reduce slightly. tir in raspberries, honey, Kühne Mild Raspberry Vinegar, and water, then remove the pot from the heat. Blend the mixture finely with a hand blender and pass it through a sieve. Chill the finished syrup. Pick the mint leaves from their stems. Fill glasses with a portion of syrup and top up with four parts tonic water. Decorate the drinks with raspberries, ice cubes, and mint. Nutritions
