Ají Panca Chili
A truly good chilli sauces needs one thing above all: really good chilli peppers. We discovered them in the Andes. Fine and fiery with a smoky flavour. Its name? Aji Panca Chilli. Together with Brazilian pepper, diced tomato and pepper as well as scallions, it adds a unique taste to our new Kühne Chilli Sauce. And it has its sights on dark, robust meat. But it can also easily take on poultry and vegetables.
