Our honey vinegar is a finest vinegar speciality made from original Italian wine vinegar with grape must concentrate and honey. It is ideal for making mild salad dressings, light sauces and Asian dishes. High quality grape must and fine honey give the rounded off and mild flavour.
5% acidity, obtained by biological fermentation.
