Our finest red wine vinegar speciality is ideal for making hearty salads, such as field or oak leaf lettuce, dark sauces and for marinating and flavouring dark meat. Original Italian red wine from the Piedmont and a maturing time of at least two months give the aromatic flavour.

6% acidity, obtained by biological fermentation.
