This pickling vinegar has been well seasoned with selected herbs and spices and makes it very easy to pickle your own gherkins and other vegetables. It is triple concentrated, therefore particularly economical. Besides for making gherkins, it can also be used for preserving peppers, beans, onions, mixed pickles and cauliflower.
5% acidity, obtained by biological fermentation.
