Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cut the bacon slices in half crosswise. Wrap each pumpkin cube with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the bacon-wrapped pumpkin cubes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
