
Bruschetta
with avocado cream and shrimp

16 Slices of baguette, 5 mm thick

100 g Kühne Garlic Sauce

150 g Shrimp (cooked without the shell)

2 Ripe avocado(s), 500 g

Preparation
Toast the baguette slices in a toaster or in the oven at 200 °C (fan 180 °C) until golden brown. Finely grate half of the lemon zest and mix it with the KÜHNE garlic sauce and the prawns.
Squeeze 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Halve the avocados, remove the stones, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Mash with a fork and the lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
Spread the avocado cream over the toasted baguette slices, top with the prawns, and season with salt and pepper.
