
Crispy Chicken Wrap

4 wraps

0.5 cucumber

mixed spice or BBQ rub
Preparation
Halve the chicken breasts lengthways and rub them with a seasoning mix of your choice. Prepare your coating station with beaten egg, a little milk, and panko breadcrumbs. Heat a generous amount of clarified butter in a deep pan on the grill.
Coat the seasoned chicken breasts by dipping them first into the egg-and-milk mixture, then gently into the panko breadcrumbs — do not press them down. Fry the chicken breasts in the hot fat until golden brown. If needed, place them on a warming rack to rest.
Meanwhile, spread a wrap with MADE FOR MEAT Sriracha Sauce. Layer two lettuce leaves and thinly sliced cucumber on top. Place the crispy, sliced chicken breast over the salad.
For more heat, drizzle some more MADE FOR MEAT Sriracha Sauce over the chicken. Fold the wrap and toast it briefly in a dry pan until lightly crisp. Slice and enjoy — bon appétit!
