Double Chipotle Pumpkin Burger

                    100 g Pumpkin (e.g. Hokkaido)
 - 
                    1 Yellow bellpepper
 - 
                    100 g MADE FOR MEAT Burger Style Chipotle
 - 
                    50 g Rocket salad
 - 
                    120 g Gorgonzola
 - 
                    4 Burger buns
 - 
                    1 kg Minced Beef
 - 
                    Salt
 - 
                    4 TBSP Kühne medium hot mustard
 
Preparation
Preheat the grill to around 220 °C.
Wash and dry the pumpkin, then cut into thin wedges. Wash and dry the peppers, remove the cores and seeds. Grill the pumpkin wedges and peppers for 5–8 minutes, turning occasionally. Chop finely on a chopping board and mix in a bowl with KÜHNE Made for Meat Burger Style Chipotle.
Wash and dry the rocket. Tear the Gorgonzola into rough pieces. Slice the burger buns. Season the ground beef generously with salt and shape into two thin 125 g patties per portion. Grill the patties for 3–6 minutes, turning as needed, until cooked to your liking. Place the Gorgonzola on the hot patties to melt. Toast the burger buns on the grill.
Spread mustard on the buns and layer with the prepared vegetables, patties, rocket, and melted Gorgonzola. Serve immediately.
