Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 200 g Pasta
  • 250 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 2 Tbsp Frying fat
  • 150 g Romaine lettuce
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp American Caesar Dressing

Vegetarian option

  • 150 g Tofu
  • 10 g Chives
  • 5 g Dill
  • 1 -2 Tbsp Sunflower oil

Preparation

Fill a pot with water, bring to the boil, and add ½ tsp of salt. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions until al dente.

Heat some cooking fat in a pan and fry the chicken fillet on both sides. Reduce the heat and cook slowly until done. Wash the salad and cut into thin strips.

Use a vegetable peeler to shave the Parmesan into slices.

Drain the pasta and let it cool for 5 minutes. Add ENJOY Sylter Art Dressing, the salad, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the chicken from the pan, slice thinly, and arrange on top of the salad.
