Pickled Grilled-Cheese-Sandwich

For the cheese sauce:

200 ml Milk

60 g Grated cheddar

1 Pinch Salt
For the sandwich:

0.5 Bunch Chives

0.5 Bunch Dill

50 g Butter

8 Slices Brioche Bread

8 Slices Gruyère cheese

8 Slices Kühne Sandwich Slices

2 TBSP Kühne Made For Meat Sriracha
Preparation

Kitchen scale, measuring cup, pot, stove, whisk, knife, chopping board, oven with grill function, baking paper, baking tray
Melt butter in a pot. Add flour and stir with a whisk, cooking for about 1 minute. Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth. Simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Stir in Cheddar and season with salt.
Wash, dry, and finely chop chives and dill. Mix with salt into softened butter.
Place a slice of brioche on a surface. Layer with 2 slices of Kühne sandwich slices and 2 slices of Gruyère. Drizzle Made For Meat Sriracha over the cheese, then top with another brioche slice.
Place sandwiches on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Toast under the preheated grill until golden and the cheese is melted.
