Hot Dogs with Crispy Onions & Cornichons

1 Jar Red cabbage

100 ml Kühne medium hot mustard

1 Jar Kühne cornichons

3 Red onions

1 TBSP Flour

2 TBSP Butter

1 Pinch Salt
Preparation
Kitchen utensils
Oven, chopping board, knife, stove, pan, kitchen paper
Preheat the oven and bake the pretzel rolls according to package instructions.
Peel the onions and slice into rings.
Place the onion rings and flour in a sealable container and shake well to coat evenly.
Heat the butter e in a pan and fry the floured onion rings until golden brown.
Drain the fried onions on kitchen paper and season with salt. Meanwhile, fry the sausages in a pan until cooked through.
Slice 8 cornichons thinly.
Top the baked pretzel rolls with sausages, crispy onions, and cornichons. Serve warm and enjoy.
Recipe advice
For extra flavour, you can add mustard, ketchup, or a dollop of mayonnaise to complement the toppings.
