Preparation

Kitchen scale, measuring cup, knife, chopping board, frying pan, stove, grater
Slice the salsiccia into 2 cm thick pieces and cook in a pan over medium heat without additional fat. Peel and finely dice the garlic, then sauté in the salsiccia fat. Briefly toast oregano, add sugar, then white balsamic vinegar and simmer for 1 minute.
Pour in vegetable stock and strained tomatoes. Simmer for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Add them with the baby spinach and gnocchi to the sauce. Stir in MADE FOR MEAT Caramelized Onion and cook gently for 5 minutes.
Serve garnished with freshly grated Parmesan.
