Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 4 Onions
  • 50 g Butter
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 4 Hot Dog Buns
  • 4 Hot Dogs
  • 475 ml Kühne Sauerkraut
  • 2 TSP Kühne Hot Dog Mustard
  • 4 TSP KÜhne Chili Sauce

Preparation

Peel the onions, cut into rings, and fry in heated butter until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Warm the bunss, sausages, and Kühne Sauerkraut separately.

Slice the rolls and first spread the Kühne Fasskraut fix & fertig on them. Add the sausages, mustard, and hot chili sauce, then top with the fried onion rings.
