German Pasta Salad
Ingredients for 2 persons

200 g Pasta of your choice

150 g Frozen peas

200 g Canned mandarins drained

200 g "Fleischwurst" / bologna sausage

100 g Parmesan
-
200 g Kühne Yoghurt & Herbs dressing

1 Pinch Salt & Pepper

2 Sprigs Dill
Preparation
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Add peas about 1 minute before the end of cooking to blanch. Drain pasta and peas. Drain the mandarins as well.
Peel and dice the cooked sausage. Dice the Parmesan. Wash, dry, and finely chop the dill.
In a bowl, mix the pasta, peas, and mandarins with the dressing. Fold in the sausage and cheese. Let the salad sit for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with dill before serving.
Recipe advice
For an extra fresh twist, grate the zest of half a bio lemon over the salad.
